1. Starting the evening off with a stress-relieving bath is my favorite way to start a pamper night. I love bubbles in my bath so I often opt for a LUSH bath bomb. These products are great for bubbles, changing your bath water into interesting colors, and softening the skin. I love Rose Queen because it lets off a subtle and sweet rose fragrance. However, you won't need a full bath bomb for one bath! You can crack them and use parts at a time. (I usually use 1/4 for every bath). You can find them here.
2. A glass of refreshing ice water helps to keep you comfortable in your hot bath. If possible, drink with a squeeze of lemon. Lemon water helps boost your immune system, is a great source of potassium, aids in digestion, helps aid weight loss, and can clear and brighten your complexion. So go on, give your water a zingy squeeze!
3. After you get out of your bath, it's time to moisturize! This is the opportune time to nourish your skin when it can soak up the emollient lotion after a steamy bath. I am not too particular in lotion, I usually opt for shea butter because I find it isn't that greasy on the skin.
4. Paint your nails! This is one of my favorite pamper treats. I often buy nail polish but never get the chance to wear them. Take the time to sit down and focus on beautifying yourself. I've been loving Mink Muff by Essie lately--it's the perfect nudey-pink color with a fleck of skimmer. Very demure and girly.
5. Lastly, slather on a face mask! This is the ultimate pamper perk! You can apply the mask while in the bath, but I tend to like doing so after I get out. I always choose the LUSH Cupcake Face Mask. I tend to have spotty and oily skin. The cocoa and mint in the mask help tame my breakouts and mattify my complexion. The mask must be kept in the fridge and usually lasts me a good month and a half. The coolness of the mask after a hot bath feels amazing. You can find it here. If you tend to have dry skin then try out the LUSH Oatfix mask made with mashed bananas and oats. You can read more about it here.
Now that we've got all the supplies together for your spa night, let's talk about the tunes.
This is a link to one of my favorite 8tracks playlist. It's mellow, relaxing, and right up my street with somber and slow songs. It's not depressing, but it's not peppy--it's just very chill. Exactly how I like it!
You can take a listen here.

I hope you have enjoyed this post. I'll be back very soon to bring you another post. Take care.
