If you're living in the present day then you'll know that hefty, ancient cookbooks are out, and 4-5 minute YouTube recipe videos are in! You can learn to make and flip a pancake, boil a live lobster, and ice a cake in a few simple clicks! Cooking is another one of my many passions, and I could spend hours on YouTube watching recipe videos. Now don't get me wrong, I own a copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking and have spent a chunk of time writing out conversions for liters to cups, but there is something beautiful about watching a simple video and knowing all you need to know to do it yourself. I've compiled a fresh and delicious list of some of my favorite videos. Here is the list...
- Sweet Potato Falafel with Pea and Feta Hummus by FoodTube
- Potstickers by Honeysuckle Catering
- French Onion Soup by Entertaining with Beth
- Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes by Sorted Food
- London Fog by Tastemade
- Vegan Party Dips by Raw. Vegan. Not Gross.
